Together, with the University of Birmingham we are set to transform Birmingham into a leading centre for sustainable technologies. This initiative is delivered in partnership with STEAMhouse, University of Wolverhampton Science Park, University of Warwick Science Park, Bruntwood SciTech – the UK’s largest dedicated property platform serving the growth of the nation’s knowledge economy.

TEP are at the forefront of clean energy innovation. Located in the heart of East Birmingham with plans to become Birmingham’s Green Innovation District, we host a range of cutting-edge projects and facilities. From the UK’s first low/zero carbon refuelling station to the Birmingham Energy Innovation Centre, supporting the University of Birmingham’s energy R&D community by providing a dynamic environment for developing and demonstrating new technologies.
